Las Fajitas

Ordering take out was a disaster. The food was saturated in chorizo and grease and completely ruined the dish. When I called to talk to the manager about this, I was brushed off and told I could get a free cheese dip... very dissatisfied with how this was handled.

This is an establishment that has been here for years. Used to be one of our favorites, especially for my son. However, I think they have really messed up their business. The food has declined, but most importantly, their increase in prices is simply out of proportion. They don't realize that their main clientele lives on a budget (BV is a retired community). When I expressed by feedback to the waiter and supervisor, while they were empathetic, they clearly couldn't do anything to take action. I hope the owners have a deep dive into their business and financials, and realize that they need to take corrective actions asap. It will be sad to see this restaurant go out of business.

I've been to dinner twice with my husband, and both times we've had terrible experiences with two waitresses. The first time, one of them said my husband was disrespectful to her (which clearly wasn't the case because I was there, and I didn't notice any disrespect toward her or any of the waitresses). She obviously said it in a super rude way. The second time, the same waitress was supposed to serve us, but she refused to serve us and switched us with another waitress (this was said by the waitress who served us). But I don't know what they said to each other, but the lady gave us very poor service. I called her twice to bring us something, and she ignored me. Then my husband called her again to bring us a drink. She said yes, but 20 minutes passed and the drink never arrived. My husband

This is by far the best Las Fajitas in NWA. Their menue is fantastic. Most important to me is that they have a great chips and salsa. The mild is good and the hot is spicy enough for pepper fanatics. They even have a Diablo sauce. On too of all that they have the best bar. My favorite place for a michelada!

Food was decent, clean establishment, but service was slow. We needed itemized bills for business purposes and that seemed to throw them off. They aren’t set up to offer itemized bills sadly. Food was authentic!
