The food here was amazing! My wife and I both got chicken fajita nachos and it was a generous portion for a great price. The chicken was seasoned great and all the vegetables were grilled to perfection. To top it off was delicious white cheese. My wife also had a margarita and it was one of the best she’s had in a long time. We learned from our server that it was his recipe. Highly recommended to stop here if you are in the area.

My first and only choice for Mexican dining in Mountain Home! Always fresh, hot and delicious meals. Margaritas are to die for! Friendly and attentive staff. Haven't ever been disappointed. UPDATE: Still 5 ⭐. There was was a misunderstanding with my order, but it was awesome and I ate it without complaints. The service was wonderful as always! 👩🏼‍🍳💋 UPDATE #2: My husband and I immensely enjoyed our 2nd Anniversary lunch at La Paloma! It was hot, fresh and oh so good!!! Service was top notch, as always!!! UPDATE #3: La Paloma does it again!!! We met family for lunch. Our server was outstanding!!! Here for Mom's birthday and staff were great! Food was fantastic, fresh and served quickly. Just the right amount of interaction and recommendations were perfect! Had poblano pasta. Best ever!!! Drinks were made fresh (mojito) and beer was cold.

Came 1-31-2026 everything was 5 star quality service was great so many great authentic meals to choose from was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients. My Steak Feliz was a 10oz ribeye smothered in shrimp onions and mushrooms. I will dream about the next time I can come back.

Looking for some good Mexican food and a tasty margarita, we tried LA Paloma in Mountain Home. It did not disappoint. I wish every restaurant served Fresh Guacamole, freshly diced avocado tossed in lime, cilantro, red onion and tomato, as this one does. The Carne asada street Tacos were also excellent. My berry margaritas was a sweet accompaniment. The only downside here for me were the chips. I prefer mine thinner and made from white corn. Service was excellent and atmosphere was spot-on. This place should be packed. I would go again and recommend.
