Landing Grill

Not many options in Wanchese on a Sunday. We decided to try here for lunch. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. Dining area was clean and had a fair amount of seating. The food tasted good but the portions were kind of small. One of the hush puppies we had was still raw in the middle. The food did come out warm and tasted fresh though.

Very unassuming place on a beautiful marina. From my first bite I was in clam strip heaven! The portions were big, French fries fresh and some coleslaw made it the perfect basket. My husband got the combination basket and the flounder and shrimp were delicious. We highly recommend the trip to the Landing Grill. Just spectacular. Great view of the marina from the tables also some tables outside.

We asked a local fisherman where to go... He recommended this place, as they support local fishermen and have "catch of the day" specials. The staff was super friendly, and if you are looking for a hole in the wall location that locals love, come to this place. The fish was super fresh and the crab rangoon, was AMAZING!!!! The only downfall was the mozzarella sticks, but the main entree made up for it. Super nice to have a meal with a view of the bay.

OMG! This place was GREAT! Sometimes hard to find gooood steamed shrimp. If you're in Duck to Hatteras, MAKE.THE.DRIVE. Sitting listening to locals talk about the fishing, simple dining at its best. Local, fresh catch. This is worth the time and gas. 6plus stars! Did I mention we loved it?

A must-stop for a quick meal! The staff is wonderful and ready with great order recommendations.The food, EVEN BETTER with a great view of the marina out back! Fresh seafood and sandwiches were awesome, thank you to everyone at Landing Grill!!
