Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee

I love it here! The workers and the owner are all very sweet and helpful. Most importantly the coffee is always made right I have tried different drinks from them and haven’t had any complaints. I also make substitutions from time to time and the flavor still carries over.

I’m slowly taking part into the world of frappés and wanted to check this spot out since I had a bit of time to spare after an extensive morning. What better way to knock the edge off. Ashanti, our host/barista, had the perfect blend of charisma and cheer to bring about a perfect visit for a couple of first timers like ourselves. She was quite informative, being that she’s worked in the industry of all things coffee for many moons. What a delight! I enjoyed my morning cup, and will surely return again. The place was quaint, offering great views of the surrounding area. They offer small bites as well. Maybe next time, I’ll stay awhile, bring a book, and enjoy a good read. Really overpriced. Cost more than $7 for a 16-oz coffee that had the same number of shots as the 12 oz.(the extra shot was going to make it even more overpriced, so it was just more water and milk than the 12 oz). Prices really should be posted somewhere— when i asked about prices i was just told I could say what I wanted and she could tell me the price. Why not just post them for transparency so customers can decide if they are willing to pay it, before waiting in line? That said, the atmosphere is nice.

If you haven’t tried Land of a Thousand hills coffee you are missing out. "This place is 10x better than main coffee chains. I think I found my new favorite coffee spot... calm, quiet atmosphere... friendly barista named Anna is the best. I will definitely be a regular here."

We walked here from the High Museum so I am not sure about parking since the coffee shop is part of an apartment complex. The offerings are the same as most coffee shops in terms of baked goods (croissant, muffins, etc). However, my husband is always in search of the best cup of coffee. Hubby liked his coffee, stated it was nicely balanced, not over brewed. Pricing about $3. I was torn and not wanting a second cup of coffee for the day, especially after noon, so I was going to go for Matcha Latte with oat milk but they only had it as a mix with sugar.
