Lambton Public Health

This place offers some great services for the community. It is discreet and you can go here without worry of being judged or mistreated. The place is very clean and offers so many services to people who can't normally afford what they offer. It's a great service they provide, although some people might disagree with some of the programs they offer, such as the Harm Reduction Program.

Called got the receptionist or the person who directs you to the desired department to lodge a complaint about their website in regards to finding a family dr. I told her the website needs to be updated as numbers not correct and some information out of date. Her response was rude she do not want to hear what I had to say basically cut me off and wanted to move on get me off the phone. Terrible and very very unprofessional. Everytime I call this place the staff do not want to hear what your concerns are. Staff hurry you off the phone and on top of it no one is ever in their offices to pick up the phone. Start treating people like humans not like animals. Most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered .

We had such a kind experience with the nurses from Lambton Public Health at the Point Edward arena today. My wife has a bad panic disorder and they went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and calm. Thank you for making this so easy for her; we’re so grateful.

Friendly, efficient, caring, and prompt to return phone calls and emails about immunizations, food safety, etc. Please don't merge with Chatham-Kent Public Health Service as Lambton Public Health has wonderful customer service and staff dedicated towards Lambton County. I used to live here in Sarnia and they have the best service from all the cities I have lived in. :) I still call them for questions regarding food safety and storage as well and I live in Toronto. The most trustworthy staff ever.

Needed immunization records and they were very efficient and got back to me right away! Thank-you Lambton Health!
