We have eaten here several times and usually the catfish is very good. They were small and slightly over cooked tonight. The salad bar is limited but everything seems fresh and the coleslaw is some of the best. Hushpuppies are excellent as well! If you can get a lakeside table it's a nice view. Our server was excellent; however, it took over 30 min to get our entrees even though there were only a few people there. Prices are very reasonable.

I mean, who doesn't just want to pull up, dock the boat, go inside, and enjoy some lunch? How much fun is that? A lot! And it doesn't hurt that the food and service is amazing. Jada(?) took amazing care of us today. She's a little sweetheart and very good at her job.

We kept trying to go back to this place just because its local. We have literally walked out of here TWICE now because the servers act like they have forgotten you are there. The first time we walked out we came in and were seated and it was about 10 min sitting there and no one came by our table or even said "we will be right with you" or anything. It was just like we didn't exist. We literally got up to leave and then they noticed and told us to sit back down so we stayed and got service. The most recent time we walked out was halloween night, on Friday. We got seated and someone got us drinks this time. First time visiting & no wait getting seated. Wait was to get a waitress. Thx heaven finally one recognized we had not been helped & offered. She was dynamite & so sweet. Salad bar was so crisp & fresh, wonderful. The fried oyster dinner & fried grouper were good. Not 100% it was grouper but very good fish. Love the view of the lake. Tip -- plan to pay cash & save a buck or 2. 🤗
