Lake Charlevoix Coffee Company

We were in the area and and needed to rest for a little bit. Caramel macchiato, and a cold blackberry sage tea. Our service was very good. We were treated very kindly and enjoyed a window seat and the atmosphere was good.

What a cute spot! Open fairly late for a coffee shop which was perfect. I am not the coffee drinker and they had non coffee drinks that were sublime 😍 the mango summer supper I had….if I could have walked out with a gallon jug of it I would have. The barista was super helpful and explained all the drinks to me and made sure I had something I really liked. The space is very open, can spread out and do some work. They do have fast wifi available so enjoy a great drink and work away.

It has the full ambiance of a coffee shop, which is nice and familiar. The roast is fairly tasteful. They only have the one. The seating options fill up fast during the busy summer months.

Third visit update: Still a great place to enjoy a coffee and again, love the ambience, comfortable seating and reading material! I decided to edit my review of Lake Charleovoix Coffee Company after my second visit. Much better experience the second time around (103 days post last visit.) This time around there are two employees on staff working the coffee bar of which provided much better service. Both on staff were very friendly and respectful. I didn't feel that so much from the "guy" with the painted fingernails a few months ago. We'll certainly come back here in the future. Also, I should add we really enjoy the various seating arrangements with couches bar stools and comfortable chairs.

Amazing options! I love that their coffee is organic! They have vegan options, mushroom coffee, delicious specialty matcha, cacao and many other unique options! The vibe is artsy, it’s a great spot to study or get some work done.
