Lake Avenue Halal Market

Hands down my favorite spot in Fort Wayne. The sandwiches are next level and are consistently excellent, and the halal meat is good quality for a really fair price. It’s also a solid international market, my wife loves shopping here. What really makes the place stand out, though, is the staff. The young brothers working there are respectful, hardworking, and genuinely helpful. Being around them honestly pushes me to raise my kids with better manners and a stronger work ethic. They’re patient and accommodating every time, even when I walk in with four loud, high-energy kids. And having the market connected to Masjid Ahlus Sunnah is a big plus. Overall, I can’t recommend it enough, if you’ve been thinking about stopping in, just go.

Extremely friendly, great little spot. Enjoyed the Pastrami sub and the beef Kebab. Tons of flavor, great bread. Later got to try their Beef Kebab over rice and I may like it better than the Chicken, very good flavor. Oh and the lamb shank just wow

I had the chicken kabob with rice. Phenomenal flavor. A big thank you to the owner for offering us something truly wonderful and different. Highly recommended, you won't be sorry! I know I'll be back.

everyone talking about this hidden spot. so I had to try it my self. got me chicken kabob. I couldn't even wait to get home ate it in car right there parking lot and went for second one beef pastrami so much flavor an elove put into it
