Lago Tacos - Excelsior

Stopped by Excelsior to do some window shopping when we came across Lagos Tacos. The food and drinks were great. The staff friends amd accommodating. Overall we were impressed and would definitely dine here again.

Our meal was ok, nothing horrible, nothing remarkable. The problem I had was just how musty and mildewy the restaurant smelled. Not sure if the HVAC system needed a new filter or what but it threw off our meal as someone who is very sensitive to odors like that.

Great food and friendly service. Especially liked the sesame chicken taco. The fried avocado is delicious but very filling so I would recommend to share, but not to try to have it as an entree for dinner.

Delicious food and stellar service is an understatement. Great happy deals for the 2 tacos too! Highly recommend the Lago Wings with sweet chili and their homemade Bleu Cheese! I appreciate the attentiveness as well from the bartender. :)

Lago Tacos is a must visit for Excelsior. Our meals were excellent, with larger portions than some other street taco restaurants we have visited. We had to sit at the bar, which isn't my favorite and this is due to the size of the restaurant. It is relatively small, so don't be surprised if you can't find a table when you arrive. Be patient because the food and service are great.
