The smoked deviled eggs are one of my favorites. The fish fry (cod) dinner was piping hot and very good as well. Also the loaded nachos are a great choice and shareable. They have monthly specials i believe. My favorite special was the November special which was Thanksgiving dinner on a sandwich (smoked turkey) with all the fixings. Definitely would recommend trying them out

Spacious dining with a large seating area at the bar. Plenty of dining tables, including high-top options. Great outdoor area. The food is the best local smoked bbq. Hidden gem in Medina .

Portions are huge! The smoked deviled eggs and carrot cake are a must try! Baked beans are really good too. Sadly, the brisket was mediocre and the Mac and cheese had no flavor. Service was quick and friendly. Would definitely try it again in the future if I was in the area.

From catering to cocktails, to unique one of a kind entrees like their famous smoked prime rib to their cold smoked delived eggs I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lagerheads!!!!! Kristen and Maggie the managers always deliver and create reasons to come back the entire staff is welcoming and provide great speedy service. 10/10 highly recommend to all!

The brisket and pulled pork are especially flavorful, and the mac and cheese is a must-try. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, with friendly service to match. My only gripe is that they no longer serve their own house-brewed beer, which was a big part of the experience. Still, it’s a great spot for quality BBQ
