The Ladies Man Bed & Breakfast isn’t just a stay, it’s a slow, seductive unraveling. From the moment Tony greets you (half-buttoned shirt, full-bodied charm), you know you’re in for more than just eggs and toast. The rooms are draped in low light and high tension, each corner whispering yes, you may. The workers... silent, gorgeous, efficient, seem trained in both discretion and desire. Breakfast? Served by the worker himself, apron on, shame off, offering whipped cream with a wink that could melt butter. You don’t leave LMBB the same, just a little rumpled, deeply relaxed, and wondering what the hell just happened… and how soon you can come back.

Complimentary swigs AND thongs as soon as I put my bags down?! Yes, please!!! What a great start to my honeymoon with my new wife :)

If you’re looking for luxury linens and spa robes, this ain’t it. But if you want a king-sized bed, marinara on your pajamas, and someone shouting “You want another swig, sweetie?” at 10am… book it now. Would I go back? I’m already halfway there—with a slice in hand.

Amazing place. During my stay I received complimentary gummy snakes, pizza and Swigs. The proprietor however was not there to teach us how to turn hate into money. Sad but true.

Great spot for workers to chill on the porch and drink yaahoos! Had a pizza party that was almost ruined by a crazy lady on a jeep grand Cherokee. But over all great place , loving family
