Was in town from Dallas, and they did not disappoint! Very very friendly staff! Was definitely a different vibe but nice nonetheless! Pizza and salad were impeccable to say the least. Hands down best pizza I have ever had. My only harp would be the drinks, wine pour was stout but for a 15$ pour could be a nicer wine glass, we did not order any mixed drinks, but they looked a tad bit small. Can’t speak on the strength. Solid spot though! Will definitely visit again next time we’re in the area! Hopefully the Cesar wrap will be a menu item in the future!
Have been dying to try this place and finally tried it right before the snowstorm of Texas. The owner was super kind and stopped at our table multiple times. The server was also super friendly and made great recommendations. The caesar was decent, but the bolognese and pizza knocked it out of the park!! Some of the best pasta we’ve had in Austin! Will be back! The decor and music were also aesthetic.
Definitely come here if you love a good crispy crust and plenty of pepperoni! The supreme pizza was a winner for our table. I loved the hibiscus margarita, it was strong and delicious. But the best part was definitely the arancini croquettes. Definitely add those to your order!
I love La Volta Pizza Club!! Such a cool new addition to Austin that almost feels too cool for the city. The staff here is always very attentive and welcoming, and the homemade pastas and pizzas are next level and makes me feel like I'm in New York. The pesto pasta has such a delicious freshness to it, it makes you feel less guilty about ordering a whole pizza afterwards. The crust and toppings here are all clearly very high quality and fresh. They taste even better during their happy hour, which offers some of the most dangerous(ly good) Aperol Spritz's and $5 off an app and pizza combo. Some of the best Arancini I've had in Austin here as well. Don't make plans after dinner here, you'll eat your heart out and go into a food-coma. And it will be totally worth it!
The pizza was fire. I had the shallots and Serranos and it had a solid level of heat but not too overpowering. Crust could have been slightly crispier but no significant flop so I was still very pleased with it. Highly recommend trying this pie but also adding sausage to it next time. I also hear their Caesar salad wrap available for lunch on weekdays is excellent as well
