I genuinely don’t know where to begin other than to say that La Semilla is in a league of its own. As an out of town chef, this is my one non-negotiable stop every time I visit ATL. Every detail feels intentional from the moment you walk through the doors. The carefully curated design, the energy/ ambience of the space, and the warmth of the service are all such a breath of fresh air. It’s hands down one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food is exceptional. Every dish is thoughtful, innovative, and beautifully executed. You could order anything blindfolded and love your choice. My table shared the yuca con queso, croquetas, carnitas tostadas blistered carrots, mantequila beans (insane), fried mushrooms, chochoyotes (out of this world), cubarrito (soo good), and

Cute little place with extraordinary service! Almost all dishes are glutenfree and of course vegan. The queso sauce as an appetizer is a must, after that the choice is yours. We loved every single dish, the vibe and the atmosphere in this cute little place. If you fancy a Vegan experience for a change (even if you are a carnivore like i am..). Give it a try! You won’t regret it.

I'm leaving a birthday dinner with my wife and we were beyond impressed by the entire evening. The hostess welcomed us with a big smile and our server Rueben was second to none. The most impressive thing was the food. We've been vegan for around 20 years and when we eat out, the usual consensus is that it was good not to cook, but we could've made it ourselves. This food was prepared by masterful chefs and we are so grateful. We will be back.

Stopped in at La Semilla this weekend, and hands down—it was some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I’m only in Atlanta for a short time, and I’ve actually had to extend my fast because almost everywhere else was serving Beyond Meat or soy chunks 🙅🏾‍♂️. La Semilla was the one spot I found with clean, whole-food vegan options. I ordered the ropa vieja empanadas, shrooms & grits, and the frituras. At first, I thought the prices were on the higher side, but after tasting the food, it felt completely worth it. Everything was clean, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection. On top of that, the atmosphere and service were spectacular. The only downside? They’re closed on Mondays, and I leave early Tuesday morning. Had the best experience! Took my non vegan boyfriend here too! We had an appetizer and two meals and the portion sizes were amazing and the staff were very welcoming. I was surprised cause I thought the portions would be smaller but I was very happy to take food home too! My boyfriend got the enchiladas and he loved every bit! I thought the cost was well worth it including we had two drinks. Thank you la semilla
