La Presa Mexican Restaurant Airway Heights

I very rarely leave reviews, but this spot truly deserves the time taken to write one. My girlfriend and I have been coming here for years now, around once every month or two. We have never been disappointed. The service is top tier, always greeted with the accustomed smile and friendly attitude. All of the staff is amazing, very polite. Valentín, a familiar face at La Presa, always seats us with our drinks memorized and already on the way. The atmosphere is perfect, colorful Mexican decor abound, mixed in with family pictures, giving it a homey feel. The food is outstanding, the Pollo Asado is the best I’ve ever had by far! Finally had the chance to eat here and was not disappointed for most part. Had my fave food-taco salad and it is now my go to spot for one. Truly enjoyed it. Hubby enjoyed his meal stating it had good flavors. Our server was lovely and sweet (sorry, didn't get her name) Only thing I didn't care for was the extremely loud music playing. It was hard to talk without yelling across the table. Pleasant tunes but volume too high especially at lunchtime and not being very busy yet.

The portions are huge which is amazing. The food is really good. I was really happy with what I got. Recommend it! Me encantó

La Presa is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. The dining area is very cozy and has large long tables perfect for large family gatherings. The also have nice cozy booths. The food is all very well executed every time. Even their cheese burger that on the menu is executed so well of you closed your eyes you would think you were at burger king in the 1990’s trying your first whopper. The tacos and burritos are also well made with choice of meats. It is very hard to ever leave here hungry their combo meals are served on huge plates. The service is always on point your drinks will rarely be empty and the staff genuinely serve with intention and attention to detail with the goal of making sure you have an enjoyable meal and experience. 10/10 fat kid approved.

Pretty great Mexican food (more Tex-Mex style). I wasn’t expecting much for the NW, but the food was solid - the Hongos al Ajos were exceptional, the Bean and Cheese Burrito was good but a little salty, and free chips and *quite tasty* house made salsa never hurt. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good spot for lunch or dinner. Also close to Fairchild if you’re military.
