The girls here definitely care about making you feel welcome, even when they're in a rush and its packed busy if you're a regular they'll make the time to talk to you, because on top of friendly service especially when you're a regular they make some of the fastest espresso ive seen. Super great service

Absolutely in love with Jacob’s Java! Today was the first time I tried them and they absolutely blew my mind. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was great. I ordered a large hot vanilla chai and a breakfast burrito - both were incredibly delicious and I definitely plan on coming back. I love the double service windows, the convenient location and the quality of service. I highly recommend swinging by!

Staff are very polite and seem to be in a good mood. Plenty of drinks to choose from. The creamsicle lotus was really good and worth a try!

To the lovely lady who made me an apple pie chai today 8/29/25. You killed this drink and made my drive home (1.5 hrs) amazing. Took all my power to not turn around and go back for another. I can't wait to come back and try others on the list! Thank you for making coffee with love.

My wife rated this some of the best "Washington state coffee" she's ever had, which is saying something given the ubiquity of drive-through coffee shops in the PNW. It was excellent!
