La Playita Restaurant

Very delicious!! They have a few wonderful items to choose from and I recommend to try all of what they offer. They don’t need a menu they will let you know what they have available. Super nice people and very reasonably priced food Made Fresh!

Not a restaurant. It's a small specialty grocery store. I asked if there was a restaurant, was taken on the back of the store, where there were 6 tables. Was asked to wait a minute, as cook wasn't ready. Lady came out, I asked if it's a restaurant, she said "yes". I asked for a menu, they have no menu. So it might be a restaurant if you speak Spanish, but it wasn't my case.

The pupusas were a 10/10. They tasted amazing and were identical to the authentic ones I ate in California. The lady running the restraunt was so sweet and genuine that it was great having a conversation with her after we finished eating! There's hardly any Salvadoran restraunts in the area so I'm glad there is one serving amazing food!

The only place in Jasper County you can get pupusas, and they're oh-so-good. The sweet ladies running the place were very kind and excellent cooks. If you want authentic Salvadoran food then this is it.

This is authentic Salvadorian food, love the pupusas and the corrido had a lot of flavor. Delicious and the ladies are extremely nice. They are cash only, but it’s not a downside.
