La Pita Mediterranean Grill

Once I walked in smelled the grill I immediately knew this food was gonna be amazing. I got Beef Shish Kabob steak so tender and grill to perfection came with rice and hummus. Rice was very good!! Hummus was out of this world!!! Everyone working there was super nice and welcoming.

This is definitely a take out spot with not much parking and little to no seating but that's not a problem. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Maybe waited 5 minutes between ordering and getting my food. I got the beef schwarma and a water, the schwarma is nice and hot and there's 0 to complain about. Everything tastes great and the price is not bad for the amount of food you get. Definitely will come back.

We just had La Pita's Mediterranean Grill tonight for the first time. WOW! So very yummy!! We had a Falafel sandwich and Chicken Shawarma sandwich. We also had a side of hummus and pita bread with grape leaf wraps. These were some new tastes for us; all very good. The tastes are bold and the service is spectacular. We will be back for sure. This is one great hidden gem of Defiance!

Highly recommend. I ordered takeout tonight and got the Chicken Shawarma entree, Fattoush, and hummus. It was delicious. All of it was very flavorful, the meat very tender as it should be. I'm so glad Defiance now has Middle Eastern food. Will definitely return.

We ordered over $75 in food using the online option and picked up our order. The order consisted of 2 mixed grill dinners and 2 chicken schwarma pitas. The mixed grill dinners did not come with any pita or tahini sauce for the meets, especially the kibeh would have really benefitted from the tahini sauce because it is on the dry side I gave 3 stars for service because we did tip very well and the proper attention was not paid to our order.
