I’ve come here a few times because the ice cream is honestly really good. That’s the main reason I keep coming back. But most of the time I feel rushed when I’m ordering, and some employees don’t seem very welcoming. The last time I went, a white girl helped me and she was very kind and patient. It was my first time seeing her there, and she took her time while I chose my flavors. She made the visit much better. I hope she’s there more often. Great ice cream overall, but the customer service for the other employees could improve and the shop could be a little cleaner.

If you haven’t found this hidden gem, you should go! The ladies here are so nice and friendly. The ice cream is homemade - it’s creamy and real! There are so many flavors of paletas (popsicles)…their elote (corn in a cup) is so good…and their mangonadas…to die for!

Brought my wife to see her Laporte hometown where she grew up almost 40 years ago on 8th street and came across this place. The ladies serving at the counter had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, hard to find these days. Quality products, flavor and prices!

I'm not the person to complain but today's experience was upsetting. We always going there to get our craving fix but today we got there and the girl asked us what we want so I told her, then she gave me other things I didn't ask for, mind you she asked several times what we wanted, I clearly asked for a Agua de melon and she gave me a mango one. I asked for a Rusa and she gave me a Aguas mineral preparation. When I told her I didn't ask for that she rolled her eyes at me. Then asked me again what else, I asked for Flamin Hot Cheetos with cheese and she wanted to give me Tostidos Flamas. That's when the older lady say I was wrong because it's Hot Cheetos. That the end, I had to pay for stuff I didn't ask for plus . I guess I'll take my business somewhere else. Both ladies were having a bad
