LA Hot Pot & BBQ

Go here! Do yourself a favor beforehand and watch a video or two about how hotpot works. They are very helpful, but you might want to get an idea of things and what flavors go together, as well as cook times (the chicken is very thin and you don’t need to cook it very long or it can get dry). They also have a sign near the sauce station with suggested recipes so if you’re inexperienced try one of those! You need a sauce! The broths are flavorful but lack salt because it’s expected you will be adding your own with soy sauce, hoisin, or even straight up salt. Very affordable for a TON of food, plus a free fruit/snack bar including three flavors of ice cream. Also note the hot and spicy with butter base has peppercorns that numb your mouth a bit. Had a wonderful experience at their grand opening! Food was delicious. We left with our tummies full and our taste buds more than satisfied. Will definitely be back for more! & they offer leftover containers which most hot pot and Korean bbq I’ve been to do not offer. (:

We walked in today at 1, restaurant was empty and hostess said wait was long cause she was busy.. couldn't even sit us.. we walked out never even tried food.. good LUCK HOT POT, u will need it.

I am here st thry busy time, so i wait for 0ne hour to have seat, and another ten mintues to get the service . But it is all worth it . The food is so good . I have sliced of pork belly, mini sausage ($1.99), fish cakeand more . Also i order korean pork belly for my BBQ , that is so good . I made it a little crispy and add kimch , wrap with lettus. So good…….
