La Herradura Mexican Food

We tried this place a few weeks ago, using the drive through, and the food (cheese enchilada and beef burrito) was completely cold and incredibly salty. I thought maybe it was an off day so tried again tonight. Ordered drive thru, two cheese enchiladas. Same - cold and salty. When I say cold - the cheese wasn’t even melted in the enchiladas! Unfortunately twice was enough and we won’t be trying again.

Ordered a breakfast burrito with ham instead of bacon and they upcharged 50% (from $8 to $12), stating because it’s a “special order”. It’s not like I ordered extra ham on top of the bacon. Ridiculous. I can understand why there’re so many reviews on here about their inconsistent and opaque prices. Not honest business model. Definitely feel deceived.

So let me get this straight. Pay $10 for a supreme burrito that comes with pico de gallo, but if you want that Pico de gallo on the side instead of in the burrito, you're going to charge $2.25. Not only did a $31 order not come with any salsa, but you tried to price gouge taking an ingredient that already comes in a burrito and putting it on the side. Charging $0.25 or $0.50 the cup used to store the pico de gallo would be acceptable. To charge $2.25 for something that already came with the burrito is absurd. I absolutely love supporting small business, and highlighting those that serve the public appropriately. This is not one of those times.

I cannot believe how horrible the food and customer service we just got from La Hurradura was. The quesadilla was sopping wet and sitting a puddle of liquid, the beef in the tacos we got was hard and crunchy, and the chips were all burnt. We called them before heading back to see what could be done and they hung up on us! My husband went back with the food to show them and they were so rude and absolutely refused to do ANYTHING about any of it, including replacing any food or giving us a refund. $60 bucks down the drain and inedible dinner. We will NEVER eat there again. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Very disappointed with the price of 4 bean and cheese burritos... $28 for bean and cheese.. the menu says 1.99 each so how did it come to 28.. the math ain't mathing. Oh and 4 tiny green sauce. Thats all that was order...
