La Chozita

We moved to the area recently and decided to try this place for a date night. The waitress was very nice and the food was delicious. This felt more like authentic Mexican food to me than the majority of places I go to where I think they try to tweak it for the area. It's so, so good! I'm excited to go back!

Placed my order. It did not come to me the way I ordered it but it was an easy fix. The waitress was very nice and fixed the issue. The salsa taste like tomato sauce out of a can. The margarita was very boring and looked nothing like the picture. Most margaritas come with a piece of fruit or some salt around the brim. I received a glass with just margarita. No That big of a deal. Maybe they forgot. The tacos were delicious. The prices were reasonable. I'll be back.

I placed an online order at 6:10pm on a Sunday night. It told me pickup would be at 6:40pm. When I arrived to pick up the food they said, “it would be a little bit.” I sat and waited until 7:10pm and asked if it would be much longer. They told me 5-10 minutes. The food was finally ready at 7:25pm. When I got home they forgot part of my order. It was not worth it to go back and have to wait even longer. They did not offer a refund or a coupon for next time or even a drink while I waited. The food was delicious. I do not recommend ordering online. I think the pickup time needs to be more accurate when ordering online.

I’ve heard there are many excellent Mexican restaurants in this town, so we started with this one, and now I’m a little nervous we won’t want to try anywhere else. Amazing! Delicious. Sooooo good, the real deal. Including the speed of service. Plan to take your time. Made me miss vacation in Mexico.

The Brisas tacos are insanely good!! I cannot stress this enough. Our server was very nice as well!!
