I dont leave bad reviews very often. I am very forgiving because customer service jobs are not easy, But I have never had a cashier be as rude to me as the gentleman was today. Asking for 5's back instead of a $10 bill is NOT "breaking" a bill. I purchased something, I didnt just walk up to the counter with a $20 and ask for change THAT is "BREAKING" a bill. We go to this Caseys on a daily basis but that ends today, I will over pay and go to Kwik Star for my energy drinks just to prove my point. So, Way to go Caseys you held onto your 5's LMAO.... And lost all my future business.

WORST Customer service I have had in along time! I purchased something & got $20 cash back. While the register was still open I asked the guy working if I could get some smaller bills instead of a $20 and was told "We dont break bills" So my wife went back in with the $20 and purchased 2 drinks and when she got her change he handed her a $10 & and a $5 she asked very nicely if she could please get 5's or 5's and 1s and he told her "No! We don't break bills" My wife is a manager at a fast food business and tried to explain to him that she wasnt asking him to BREAK a bill she was just asking for different denominations and he was very rude to her so she left. I go to this Caseys DAILY and will never be going back. You guys clearly dont care about your reviews but when you keep losing busines

Customer service needs work, the food is always well done though.

Nice Casey’s here on the North Side of Hampton, Iowa. When I came, the store was very clean and warmers stocked to the brim with hot food. I got Popcorn Chicken with some BBQ sauce out of the warmer, a 32oz fountain drink (which as of writing this review is 99 cents.), and a Casey’s branded Glazed Honey Bun. The staff here are very nice and friendly. The store’s tile floor was surprisingly in very good condition. There is still a CRT TV when you walk in in the hot food area. I would recommend this store, along with the Awesome Git-N-Go here in Hampton,IA. I hope this store continues to keep up the good work.-Shy_Gun670

October 18 I called to order a pizza at 5:09 pm. I was told it would be one hour for the pizza. I told them I figured it would be an hour that is why I was calling so I could pick it up around 6ish. He took my order when I was done taking to him he said well give me a little bit longer then an hour. I got done with my errands and got there at 5:55 pm. Knowing I will probably have to wait about 15 min. I went inside to at least pay for my order. Once I paid I was told it would be a longer wait that I am looking at an other 30 to 60 mins. I was shocked. They told me that I was told it would be longer then an hour at the end of the call. I said yes I expected maybe 5-10 min longer not no 90-120 min wait. They havant even started to make my order at that point. I told them to f
