La Casona Colombian Restaurant

I am so happy to have found this treasure. Excellent, authentic Columbian cuisine. I felt like I was stepping into another place and culture. And I felt welcomed ❤️ The friends I was meeting canceled on me, so I got take out. But I know it would have been fantastic warm And they did not have the beautiful deserts on the menu, but still give them a five for being so special. I will go back with my husband to dine in. And it is not close to Milton. But closer than Columbia 😊

Tried this restaurant for the first time and it made my family and I extremely sick. We ordered a bandeja paisa where the beans tasted bad & the rice old & the meat pale. The service was awful. An older lady was unpleasant and not worth the tip they add onto your bill automatically. Do not recommended.

Columbian comfort food. Worn restaurant. I'm here once a year or so. My Columbian friends love the authenticity of this place. For me, it feels like a rural family-owned restaurant from the 80s. The food is tasty and filling, not fancy or refined. This time, I had chicken wings, which were tender with a thin, tasty, fried coating. The arepitas (small arepas) have a thick, bready crust with a spongy inside. They remind me of the homemade biscuits I had as a kid in the south. They have delicious Colombian fruit drinks. I had a blackberry smoothie that was really light and tasty. The service has always been prompt and friendly. They have never spoken much English but try to help me decipher the menu. The restaurant probably had a rustic charm at a point. Now, it is worn with mismatched

Not as good as I remember but still delicious. The health grade could definitely be better tho 🫣 A C isn’t ideal! Love the lunch platter that comes with everything.

I had the special for 10 bucks and change. It was fried fish, coconut rice, salad, tostones, and soup. The soup was my favorite. Their fruit drinks, fruit milk shakes, and empanadas were delicious. Parking is limited, definitely car pool. Servers and staff were friendly.
