La Cantera Silverton

Ate there for the first time yesterday. The place is beautiful on the inside with hand painted murals and sturdy tables. They use ipads for a menu - like the technology usage here. The food was really excellent and quite alot for what you pay. Staff was extremely friendly. The deep fryed pork belly was amazing! Steak was outstanding! Highly recommend people make this a stop.

Im always looking for colombian places (love the food). They are very authentic. The food and service are great. Highly recommend it.

This place is a GEM! So happy we gave it a try. Greeted by our beautiful server Donna who was very helpful with explaining some of the menu items as this was our first time having Colombian food. We even brought our own BYOB which was a plus as well. Started with appetizers the mini empanadas which were DELISHIOUS and theirs sauces to accommodate are very tasty. Our other appetizer was areapitas con hogao so GOOD!For our entree we enjoyed The mini bandeja paisa fin de semana. This was so flavorful and the beans were Chefs kiss!!! And for dessert my husband had Colombian coffee and chicharron dulce. All the servers are very friendly and come over to your table to make sure everything is good. A wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. The food is thoughtfully prepared and authentically Colombian, easily one of the best meals in town. The ambiance is welcoming and beautifully done, and the service is genuinely attentive and impeccable. The menu offers so many appealing options that choosing just one is nearly impossible everything I tried was delicious. A truly special place and one I’m always excited to return to.
