Absolutely obsessed with this diner! Be sure to get there in time for breakfast (it ends at 3pm). The breakfast potatoes are incomparable.
Pretty good chicken parm in a cozy, if uninteresting local place. - - - - - Came here on a Wednesday evening and the place was empty, which is always a little unnerving. But it was good. The guy there asked if wanted to go or to sit, I chose to sit. I ordered a chicken parm and diet coke, which came to about $15 before tip. The coke was cold, fizzy, and nice and "fountain-y". Honestly a superb soda. The sandwich came out after about 10 minutes. It was by no means the best chicken parm I've ever had, but it was solid. Bread was was a little soggy near the bottom/middle, but that's to be expected. It was otherwise nice and crispy. The sauce was tasty and the right amount. The cheese was also just the right amount and nice and stretchy. The chicken was good, but a little tough in places.
i wish i could give more pictures but we ate our food before i could have a photo shoot, we got mediterranean pizza and it was splendid, garlicky, feta was delicious, tomatoes cut nicely, spinach well dispersed, if you like thick pizza you might not be a fan but it hit the spot for us. i was delighted to find the jalapeño poppers are made with cream cheese, they were delightful. good reviews on the ribs from the rest of my party, coleslaw and mashed potatoes that came with were delicious.
Lovely little corner place to get good pizza. Walked in 30 minutes to close (something I rarely do, but I was just off the plane and desperately craving east coast pizza) and the pizza cook and owner were very sweet. They took my order with no issues and had it out very quickly. The pizza was delicious and my hosts were grateful for a hot meal when they returned home as well. Love this little pizza joint!
I love the pizza there. Mo makes the best veggie pizza. I go once a week for it, if I don't feel like cooking, then twice a week just for his pizza, that's how good it is. They have other good food options, but this is my favorite. Highly recommend you to try it.
