The Nolan House B&B

I felt so welcomed when you stayed in March 2018; I came back and stayed with my boyfriend on the second floor June 2018. We were the only people staying there at the time. The Nolan family were so kind and helpful yet again. Every morning we enjoyed our conversations with John while eating breakfast. Warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Also, took advantage of the roof top. Great views. I would recommend staying at the Nolan House and definitely visit again.

What a great experience! John and Kathy Nolan are amazing hosts and my out of town guests had a wonderful experience staying there. The house was built in 1864 and the rooms are very comfortable. Nice amenities and roof deck with a magnificent view of Boston! An interesting art collection from all over the world covers the walls and stories from John to go with it. The Sunday breakfast was pancakes and fruit and yogurt. A great, historic, quiet place to stay right in the heart of South Boston.

I stayed at the Nolan House with 2 of my friends for St. Patrick's Day weekend 2018. We stayed in the family room on the third floor; it was the cutest & cozy room. John Nolan was very sweet and gave great suggestions for places to eat during our stay. I didn't get to meet Kathy Nolan during our stay; only spoke while making reservations. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nolan House and would absolutely stay there again. Also, the view on the rooftop was gorgeous.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in March to go to Pax and we can't wait to come back for next year. The owner John is very pleasant, upon arrival he showed us where we were able to park our car so we didn't have to worry about getting any parking tickets or having to pay to put our car in the garage. He was able to tell us what was around the area which was very helpful since we aren't from Boston. He also is a great cook as every morning he prepared breakfast with a wonderful spread which included eggs, toast, yogurt, tea, fruit, and pancakes on Sunday. Both my husband and I enjoyed being able to talk to him after breakfast to share some stories and some laughs. The room we had was very nice and the bed was super comfy. We even had a small mini fridge to store some beverages. I
