Kumo Japanese Cuisine

I have been here a few times with my wife and we absolutely love it! The staff are attentive and friendly! The food is absolutely amazing! We try to go once every few weeks to try all the different kinds of sushi! The pricing isn’t too bad for the amount you get! The atmosphere is very nice but not over done. This place is busy for a reason!

This place is busy for a reason. First time visit for dinner. We ordered sushi and sashimi pieces. The raw fish and seafood was top notch. Beautiful presentation and priced relatively well. The Jalapeño yellow fin app was amazing; we ordered a second one! Downsides were, the waitress seemed to not know the drink menu well. I asked for the sparkling sake and she questioned it several times until finally saying we dont have it. We also waited for a long time for a meal to come out. I would still visit again despite these setbacks.

I gave this a 4 (realistically 4.5) stars only because it's not traditional hibachi as I thought. You had to dig to see that hibachi dinners were cooked in the kitchen not a tableside show. When I made the reservations, I re-iterated that I wanted table top hibachi for 11. They never stated it was not tableside show. Aside from that the food and service was awesome. We got the Angry Dragon sushi (among a lot of other dishes) and it was displayed on the plate as a dragon with a flaming liquid (probably vodka). The food arrived quick, good, and correct. My FIL ordered a dish with shrimp, the kitchen messed up and put in chicken. The waitress offered to add shrimp to the dish and keep the chicken no extra charge. He was thrilled as that's what he already wanted but didn't order. We had a part

We love it here. We've recommended Kumo to a lot of friends and now they come here all the time, too. The food is always good and the service is friendly. Be warned that it gets super busy here (duh, because their food is delicious), so be prepared to wait, and be patient. We've ordered almost everything from the menu and it's all great.

First time here, food was incredibly delicious! Full of flavor, a bit slow getting the items, but did not detract from the overall experience, the server was there at the exact time you think you might need something, that was pretty impressive. I will definitely come back and try other items on the menu
