KU Medical Center Parking

This is specifically for the parking lot attendant. Young, blonde, super long black nails with gem stones. Rude! I gave her a complimentary ticket that the clerk gave me and she looked at it and said "I'll need your original ticket." Isn't that the point of "complimentary?" I told her I wasn't sure where it was but I knew it was in the car somewhere. She said I'd have to pay $7 for a lost ticket... That's in my car. Nasty. I get that this isn't a real job for someone like her but seriously. She is not made for customer service and will likely end up in these roles the rest of her life. Do better.

When we arrived it was a rainy midmorning day, found a spot on the first ramp actually several spots. Got our ticket validated and was out in about 2 hours, no problem at all
