KT Shan Noodle

We went there less than 2 weeks after its opening. We ordered a-Kyaw-Sone (Burmese tempura), fried Shan tofu (chickpea flour tofu), Burmese beef curry & coconut rice bento, and Burmese coconut noodle soup. The service was very good given that the place was just opened and they are still trying to get their foot on the ground. Orders came out quickly, and everything was delicious. Burmese food is not yet as popular as other Asian foods here, and I wish people knew how to properly eat Burmese food. One has to add condiments to certain dishes to his/her liking… For example, it’s better to pair noodle soups with fried tempura/Chinese donut, etc and also squeeze lemon juice and add chili flakes to the soups. I've been driving by this place the past week or so since it opened and decided to stop in tonight and I am so glad that I did! I had never had Burmese food before but I love it now! The food was excellent! Very clean restaurant and the staff were super friendly as well! Best part is I love my food super spicy. I have gone to so many places and asked them to make my food as spicy as they can and most times it's hardly noticeable. These guys delivered though! It was the perfect level of spicy, yummy, and all around an awesome meal! My girlfriend is pretty much the opposite of me and wants the most mild spice level and she said hers was yummy too! Will definitely be returning

Finally a Burmese Restaurant in Rocklin. Food was delicious. The flatbread with curry, the leaf salad, the coconut rice chicken curry, the samosas. It was a great dinner experience. Owners were all friendly. The place was clean. I will definitely be back!

The service was amazing. Owners were very nice and respectful, and the food was great. Highly recommend the chickpeas tofu; the sauce paired with the tofu makes for a unique taste and experience. Portions are also extremely generous, especially for the price. Would highly recommend this restaurant, and will be coming again.

Had to pick up a package at FedEx and was running late to make dinner. This place is AMAZING!! I ordered to-go and was not disappointed. Can't wait to go back and eat there. Sorry no photos. I ate it all!
