Krystal

Krystals is very good when it's right. They have their own distinct taste and flavor. They have different options on the menu like burgers chicks and dogs as well as fries pies and shakes. The food is good. The service is acceptable. The atmosphere is okay. Could stand a remodel.

Rushed me on speaker and burgers we made any kind of way and the fries cold (line was not long ) also hair was in my food (my hair is red fyi)

Some of the worst customer service I've had in my life. Very rude. African American lady long nails. Long hair ABSOLUTELY RUDE barley let you order very short rushed the heck out of us. Never had Krystal and would never return or at least not to this one. I was very polite and was asking questions due to not knowing what to order.Fire her or teach her some manners. Spent $50, and half of my burgers weren't even full. Patties. And old cold chicken. Just close the whole store. I'm surprised you all are still open.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Krystal location. One of the employees (female, puffy afro with colored hair and a nose ring) rolled her eyes, ignored us, and spoke to us in a condescending tone. She dropped the receipt and then blamed my elderly grandfather for it, even though we were polite the entire time. The behavior was unprofessional and made us feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Management really needs to address this.

I've always enjoyed their breakfast & I was use to going to the location on State street but this particular Saturday I was off so I decided to try this one out since it was closer. I got my food & it was Hot and Fresh exactly how I ordered it. I had the sausage 3egg breakfast with grits, scrambled eggs well done w/ toast & a extra sausage. Just what I needed to get my morning started. Everything was good & most definitely will be back to catch that Hot breakfast again.
