Placed online order. It wasn't ready upon arrival. Had to wait additional 20 min after arrival. Sodas were completely flat right out of the machine, burgers partially warm. Cheese not even melted. Definitely was not worth the wait.

Didn’t get her name but it was just her and another employee working. Most other businesses are closed because of the ice. She’s a breath of fresh air. Krystal’s is lucky to have her.

Drive-thru service was horrid. The employee that worked the drive-thru was rude and shuts the window in your face before you can respond each time she has to open it. Had to yell through the window to get my drink because she handed me my bag and then shut the window on me before I could say anything. Honestly, she shut the damn window before she even finished her own sentence. Not impressed. Food was good quality.

Pulled up to the drive-thru at this location on Thursday @ 11:30 pm. The employee says "Welcome to Krystal's," & as soon as I started speaking to place my order, she says they're closed. If it was 11:57 pm I could understand. But it wasn't & I drove back by today to confirm the business hours which were listed as 6:00 am - 12 pm daily.

Stopped by on a roadtrip for dinner. Employee semi-rudely informed us the wait for food would be 15 mins. There was only one customer inside and only a few cars in the drive through. We immediately left and went to Chick fil a down the street. Only gave two stars because at least they told us instead of just letting us order and wait.
