I asked for a 12 Krystal sack with cheese, my friends wanted no pickle..but I love them! And so they put pickle on just four of them. Rarely do fast food places get your order correct, but this little lady did an awesome job!

So frustrated with my latest trips to my favorite place! Not only did they take away delivery through Door Dash so I have to visit the store in person. One would think that would solve everything... Nope! My simple request for chili fries with pup chili and no cheese is apparently waaay to difficult! I guess it is time to stop wasting my money:( My husband already figured this out. No more special requests.

New fish sliders was good. Staff did not know what kind of fish nor the components on the fish sandwich (tartar sauce, mayo, cheese, etc.). Chili cheese pups are always great!

COLD AND OLD!! The Krystal was nasty and cold! They redropped the tots! They were so hard you couldn't eat them that's how I know they were dropped in the fryer for a second time to heat them up again. (I've worked in a deli and fast food, no reason to serve this "food" out the door)

I've never left a truly bad review but came here to eat yesterday and its the worst case of food poisoning ive ever had . I've been sick since about 45 minutes after eating . We came in not when it was busy but at around 330pm . Burgers were soggy disgusting and damp at 12 dollars for 5 of these gut destroying things . Someone needs to take a look at it or shut it down as a manager at at food establishment if we ever made anything like this I'd shut us down myself. Horrible and will never return.
