The one thing I’ve never done is eat a lot of fast food BUT I was hungry and hadn’t had a Krystal burger in years so stopped at this location. This is one of the cleanest restaurant that I have seen in awhile. Everything was neat and clean. The dining room was very nice and had televisions. The counters were clean and even where they cooked was clean. They also have icees like I had when growing up!! Hard to find this type nowadays. The managers name is Michelle (if I’m correct). She took my order and was very inviting. There was hardly anyone in lobby because most customers seem to use drive through. It took about 5-6 minutes to get my food but I didn’t mind because I was in a nice , clean and safe environment. When I got my food it was so neat in the bag that I had to take a photo. It

" Good service " got there late for online pickup it was fast pulled in and before I knew it I was going to drop it off

Waited 15 minutes at the window, then was pulled to the front for another 20. All we wanted was (2) Number 1 combos. Never Again

The cashier's greeting was nice. The fries were fresh,however the burgers were not.

If u want your food stolen from u by the workers this is the place to do online orders. I placed an order here around 4:30am 02/25/2025. Upon arrival to retrieve my order around 4:30-4:45 the two guys working the window refused to give me my order. I offered to show the order number and also to show my ID to receive my order but the guy refused to give me my order. Long story short I left without getting what I purchased. Horrible customer service I've ever experienced andthey're thieves. I could have bought them food if he was hungry they didn't have to steal
