This is the second time we’ve stopped by this place while traveling though. We had just received crap service at the taco bell next door and left so we figured we’d give this Krystal location another chance. Well, same thing as before. We pulled up to the drive thru and were completely ignored. The first time my husband waited and waited then pulled up to the window and the employees who looked right at him completely ignored him. This time was exactly the same. Do the employees just pick and choose who they do and don’t serve? There were multiple employees just standing around when we finally gave up and drove by so I’m not understanding the issue. They are literally paid to serve food so why are they not doing that? we went here and there was one lady in there named Miss CHRISTY. She was so amazing. She was moving so quickly. She has the best customer service I have ever seen. I’m not sure but she needs a raise. She has great customer service some of the best I’ve seen in a long time. It’s hard to get that in fast food nowadays we take And make rude customer service normal because no one wants to say nothing or offend anyone but she was great thank you we will be back.

Friendly service from employee at the counter that took my order. Food was hot and made fresh to order, not sitting under a heat lamp.

I'm NEVER coming back here again! It was only one employee working tonight, that alone is terrible. My order was wrong for the second time in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

We went to go inside and was yelled at by the workers that is was drive through only. The dining room was closed at 6 pm. The workers were absolutely rude and the attitude was uncalled for.
