Krystal

You don’t go to Krystal for fast service. You go for the disgustingly delicious burgers. I think the staff here probably hate me because I order double krystals with fries at 8am, but they always greet me with a smile regardless. This Krystal location also tastes better than all of the others in the area. I just know that every burger is made with love. Highly recommend!

The food is typically always hot and fresh. Some days it takes awhile to be served, even when it's dead. Other times like today it came out so fast I didn't even have my card back into my wallet yet. Everything was hot and fresh. I walked inside and ordered. They had to write my order down on paper and ring it in on the drive-thru register. They always seem to get our order correct. They have plenty of parking, and they have handicap parking with wheelchair access. The bathroom is for one person at a time. I never used them so I'm not sure about cleanliness in the bathrooms. I like there chicks little sandwichs they have, but they are exsperience. I picked up an order for someone else today. They enjoyed it.

White castle type mini burgers I'm not a fan. Not even sure what type of meat it was, my husband liked the little spicy chicken sandwich. Smothered fries were so so. Definitely not returning.

I asked for fresh Krystals without onions. I understand they are cooked with onion but their is a sign saying "all Krystals are cooked with onion. We will be happy to remove all onion to the best of our abilities" that's what I asked for I got my order and it was made wrong! No big deal, I go back throughand the cook comes up and tells me they can't serve me then and as I drive off he is yelling and being disrespectful! Never again

I love the chicken wings and at 10.00 I thought they were a little expensive but I got them but when I went back this week they had Increased their price to 14.99 so I didn’t have any. When customers get smart they’ll start eating at home. This is price gouging at its best. This is greed not tariffs. I’m Done.
