Horrible service and the guy was very rude because he got my order wrong and didn’t want to fix it and I told him and he got mad. Slam the damn window too. So rude! Take the place down or hire someone Friendly!!!!! It barely has any chili cheese on my fries!

I ordered two sausage scramblers and they were half full(I paid almost $14.00). I reached out to the manager and informed them about the situation. She stated to either come back or she’ll get my information and I can return another time. I told her I’ll just come back up there. I went back up there and she had already had the food remade and handed to me when I pulled up. The grits were cold, no eggs and the sausage was old. I just threw the food away. This place is a disgrace and needs to be shut down. I wasted $14.00 on old cold food.

How dare you..!! This place just opened and your company allows the management to run this restaurant with only one person , the wait in line was over 24 minutes (I only did it, because I love my husband and he had a taste for Krystal Burger's with ''no cheese & 2 corn dogs''. I get home it's a box with Krystals, all cheese , harder than a brick, I totally don't understand, how can any bread or sandwich get that hard and some of the sandwiches have writing on it. So is this old bread.(That molded to the bag and they used it any way).? Today is March 16, but the numbers printed on the bread says March 6 or March 9... Ordered at drive-thru and the guy at the window asked me 3-4 times what my 3 drinks were as he was fixing them instead of just reading the screen next to him, then handed all 3 of them to me COMPLETELY covered in the overflowed drink from fixing them. They pull me down and the guy walks out with 3 identical brown paper bags and says, "This yours?" Ummm I don't know, sir. Is it? I listed off the 3 meals I had, he confidently says, yea, this is all of yours. Well, they left the chili cheese fries off, so I had to park and walk back up to the window. One of the 3 meals had the burgers made incorrectly. Food was ok other than that.

This location is the closest to my family, but the service and the manager are awful! There are always new faces I'm assuming due to poor management, and it's always a long wait. We frequent this location and there is always a wait, no matter the time of day, no matter if you have an online order, and no matter if you are the only car in the drive thru. It's just completely slow. The male manager is rude, impatient, and isn't very knowledgeable of the menu. He is going to run this place into the ground.
