Kroger Deli

I went to Deli dept 7pm-ish & was rudely told that they were closed. That she has to clean & go home. Confused I asked what the deli hours are? I was told “it depends on whose working”. Um. What?! So. Can’t give a over a 3 because random unpredictable hours for deli or bakery just sucks.

This is, by far, the worst Krogers I've ever been to. It smells, it's dirty, the people don't care and the manager, obviously, doesn't either. It always appears as if they are ready to close it down because there is rarely anything on the shelves. Upper management should be ashamed.

So aggravating, cant get thru the isles buggys with cardboard in them just awful then u get to the shelf and its empty..such a shame

Half a dozen people behind the counter Half a dozen people in front of the counter Three meat slicers Only one person slicing meat Very frustrating being ignored We the customers are your bread and butter but we have to wait an hour to get meat to put on our bread.

Shopping this store os always frustrating. To many empty shelves and cluttered narrow aisles.
