Kroger Deli

I love going to this Kroger, they have the best variety of items from food to babies to pet supplies to fresh deli and it is close to my home. The workers there are amazing and friendly and have knowledge about their items. They really care about their customers.

After ordering my daughters Sweet 16 Birthday Cake thru the website online & verifying with actual store days ahead of time that they received order & could promise this design imagine my disappointment when it didn't happen! I called store day before to again verify cake would be ready, the design & time I'd pick it up only to be told "We couldn't get that KIT, you'll have be to pick another option." Apparently kits are ordered only once a week & you're SOL even if you have a confirmation # saying your order is verified. I was very disappointed with the poor design of the substitute Cake we wound up taking last minute. Store manager never even offered a discount of any kind when made aware of situation, didn't return my call after saying he'd check into the situation. I'll shop elsewh

Rachel in the bakery is THE BEST!!!!! My baker got sick and canceled at last minute, I call and Rachel hooked me up with 144 cupcakes in less than 24 hours!! Thank you Rachel, you are a blessing.

The folks who work at this particular Kroger are extremely friendly and helpful. They recognize their regular customers and also very professional.
