Kroger Clicklist Pickup

We’ve utilized Clicklist pickup many times. It’s easy to place your order, select a pickup time, show up, and leave with your groceries. Once you pull into a parking space at the Kroger on Highway 29, you simply call the phone number to alert the staff you’ve arrived. My wife sometimes confirms arrival via the Kroger app. If you track your spending like we do, using Clicklist can sometimes aggravate the flow of transactions. To explain, if you place an order and they substitute some items, or maybe don’t give them to you at all, your total for the grocery bill will be different than the hold placed on your card. Krogers pick up has always been my go to since they started. Although I love buying from Kroger, the past 3 pick-up experiences weren’t so good. The system was down on a Friday so I couldn’t get my groceries. They said they’d be in touch with me when it’s filled. Needless to say they never called me. I just drove there on Saturday. Guess what my order was ready on Friday but nobody let me know. They made it right for me. They gave me my 4 times the fuel points( that’s the only reason I pick up on Fridays is for the points) plus gave me $20 off my total, so they made me happy again. I’ll continue to use the pick-up😁
