Kroger Bakery

Today will be the second time in two years that this bakery has failed to complete my son's birthday cake by the requested date. I was told that the cake was ordered for tomorrow, which it was most certainly not. Now, I'm wasting my son's birthday waiting for them to decorate it. Last year, which I blew off as a fluke, a lack of communication (per the cake decorator who had "just gotten back from vacation") resulted in my son's fairly-complicated cake not being completed. Great customer service to make up for it though. The store manager drove it out to our house during the party. The cakes are delicious and we love the whipped frosting, but we won't be buying another cake here. It's not worth the stress. I am so sad right now.

The bakery is amazing! Tiffany and the crew always make my cakes look beautiful. My favorite cake is the marble with the wippie white frosting. Always a crowd pleaser! Thank you M. Powell
