This was the 2nd time our family has ordered a birthday cake, only to arrive with no cake made. Who knows how many others this has happened to! I had to pick out a plain confetti cake and write on it myself. There wasn't even anyone available that could do this. The manager was very helpful in giving us the cake for free. I just had to buy writing gels and edible decorations. I hope there is some sort of discipline for the bakery associate that has now ruined 2 birthdays for us.
