Kroger Bakery

I will say this. I ordered a cake and received one that is ugly and looks nothing at all like the picture. No effort was put into the cake at all to make up for the toppers kit not being there. The lady told me she don't even know how to make the right flowers for the cake. It don't take a professional to make flowers on a simple cake so they need to hire people who know how to make flowers for cakes and pretty ones because I am beyond disappointed and calling the manager on Monday and possibly corporate. This is not the proper way to run a business doing cakes and not producing. False advertisement and a disappointment on my babies bday so I have no time to remake. No one called me either like the other kroger did to say they didn't have the cake topper. Handed me a very ugly basic cake

I am just humble human with love for tree services, and in need of pie I donut know if I will acquire transportation of which to get my beautiful pie but I can certainly try walking probably good pie tho 5/5 on possibility of pie
