I really wish Kroger would universally train its staff. Especially in the technical areas. I had a problem with my phone and had to reconnect my phone to my card and I was having a problem doing so. The first individual had no idea of what to tell me to do. Today. a young lady working in the self check out area in the Connersville store about 1pm knew exactly what to do and I was able to restore my card successfully. Some of us just aren't tech savvy and could use a little help and I think all of your employees should have these skills to help those who need it.. Thank you.
Was not very happy with my daughters cupcakes for her graduation party the iceing was thicker then thick could get the iceing didn't even stay on the cupcakes was very disappointed in the work they did
