Shady business practice. The guy at the register. I asked for 3 wings and bought a soda and a Gatorade and it came out to 17 dollars and some change. So I paid, I’m wondering why it was so expensive. So after I left I checked my bag and I saw tater tots and corn bread……So I walked back in and I said hey….. I asked for 3 wings. Not tater tots. The guy looks at me like I’m stupid and tells me…. I charged you for 3 wings and gave you the fries and bread for free. I said okay…. So then let me get my receipt. The guys gets all mad and prints out the receipt. After leaving I check the receipt, and I see I was charged for an 8.99 combo and another .75 cents for an unauthorized charge even though I asked for 3 wings only. The drink coolers are WARM and they smell like mold. Health code violations just lying in waiting. there's also visible mold in the coolers. Don't hang around inside if you don't want to get sick.

Love the food but WHY GIVE PEOPLE OPTIONS TO PAY MORE $$$ FOR WHITE MEAT WHEN STORE DON'T OFFER WHITE MEAT in the first place? ordered thru door dash, paid more $$ for white meat but only dark meat delivered. if you do not plan to offer white meat ever, please remove that option from your menu!!!

Order never ready and this outlet always has rubbery lucky chicken and service. Staffed by foreigners who rarely check for orders until you arrive and get busy doing other things they should have been doing. The WORST CKC outlet in the region.

Garbage food and garbage service. I don't know if this is even a real restaurant or if they make the food in the back of someone's home. We got it delivered through door dash. They delivered us someone else's order. We requested a refund and they only refunded half! The restaurant refused to accept responsibility. My bank is disputing the charge.
