Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Just ate dinner at Crispy Crunchy Chicken on Philly Pike. They are the best! They always have fresh, delicious chicken and always willing to make more if requested. Ali was very friendly and respectful. Thanks guys for another great meal.

Let me start by saying the chicken is fantastic. However the customer service sucks and I usually only write reviews when an establishment really messes up. I came in and asked for 5 wings and 5 thighs with 6 biscuits. The cashier repeated my order to me correctly and I paid for my food. However…I was given 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. It’s not a huge deal other than the fact that the prices aren’t the same and I didn’t get what I requested. I was in Wilmington when I realized the issue and after a very brief phone call with the manager…not only am I not getting any money back but in order for the order to be fixed I have to back track to have them fix my order that they messed up. In a retired chef from Baltimore and im really picky about my fried chicken. This was some of the best fried chicken I’ve come across. If your reading this, get this chicken.

Please, please have employees wear gloves. The cashier was coughing in his hand then went to get chicken for an order. No hair nets. No hand sanitizer anywhere. Chicken wings are good. Please think about the health of your customers.

They always get upset when I have change like if my totals 10.50 and I give them a quarter, nickel and two dimes...they spread it all on the counter and count it for like 5 minutes with an attitude. & The manager the guy with the bald head is very very very rudee!
