Krispy Kreme

I have been to this Krispy Kreme many times and quite a few around the country, all are fantastic. The service was very good. They took very good care of us for our Veterans Day donut. The only sad part of my day was they no longer make the apple fritter, which I love the ones they make. Nice job.

The Original Glazed is still unbeatable: light, airy, and melts in your mouth, especially when the Hot Light is on. The chocolate iced and strawberry iced with sprinkles were fun and kid-friendly, though the flavors are on the mild side. The filled donuts (raspberry and kreme) were tasty but definitely on the sweeter side, so one is usually enough. Seasonal options like lemon or pumpkin add a nice twist when they’re available. Service was quick and friendly, and the shop was clean with plenty of seating. Prices are a little high compared to local bakeries, but for a name brand donut, it’s expected. Drove from Morongo Valley to Palm desert just for donuts. The associate that greeted us was very friendly. As he reached to get us donuts in the showcase in the front of the store, another older associate, then advised him to get the donuts from the back. They were just about to close. When we got home and opened our donuts, this is what we saw. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and tried them, but they tasted just as bad as they looked. Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and they were more than helpful. This review is for future customers that may live far. Please check your donuts before you head home!! Sad to say you have to check your donuts for quality control when it should be the stores responsibility.

Victor provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, assisting us with a smile and great patience. Jordan, the manager, was also fantastic, they both helped us get a good deal on the donuts we needed, even on short notice. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

Donuts are great. service was terrible employees are full of attitude. I rather go somewhere where they greet you with a smile. We walked out. Sorry Krispy Kreme you better hire new stuff before loosing your business.
