Located on Haun and Newport Roads, across the street from Applebee's. For a great doughnut experience, this shop is a top choice for us. The location is easily accessible, featuring a convenient drive-thru and plenty of parking. I especially appreciate their seasonal creations, which are creatively decorated and add a fun, festive touch to any occasion. For a classic, you can't go wrong with their iconic glazed doughnuts, they're always a fresh and yummy option. They serve a good variety of other treats such as Coffee, Lattes, and Chillers, even Brew Box for the office or gatherings. The service here is consistently fast and efficient, making every visit a good one.

BEST PUMPKIN GLAZE DONUTS! Okay, I’m biased with Krispy Kreme, but the donut praise is real! They have the best glazed donuts in the biz. Combine that with their seasonal flavors and you’ll be HOOKED! I just ate two donuts in less than 60 seconds, I know I’m a fiend. Service was a little goofy during this visit. I misunderstood some lady behind the counter and she got a little ticked. They had the wrong donut in the wrong tray/name slot. It was an honest mistake. She changed her tune towards the end and became pleasant. I LOVE this location as it’s always clean, accessible, and has a drive-thru?! It’s near the shopping hub off Newport in Menifee so it’s in perfect location for a donut stop. I also spotted loads of cool merch inside. I’m buying a sweater next time. Recommendation: SOUR C

I had a technical issue with my Krispy Kreme app where my reward email wasn’t being honored at checkout, even though I had clearly received it. The manager Julian went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to carefully check my account, verify my points, and look through everything to understand exactly what was happening instead of just brushing it off. He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Even though the issue was with the app, he made sure I was taken care of and that I left satisfied. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable. Thank you for being so professional, attentive, and for taking the time to help resolve the issue. Krispy Kreme is lucky to have a manager like Julian!

Donuts amazing. Always! The downside has to do with managing this location, I think. We go once a month or so, but every time they are "out of cake donuts". 3 times in 3 months tells me whoever is in charge of ordering isn't planning properly. It also seems they would not mind customers disappointed than spending a little more time planning. Especially if you dont communicate online or on a sign that you are out of cake donuts - it feels a little like bait and switch, because they would rather the customer be disappointed that lose a sale because the customer might not come in. Drive thru line can be a bit slow, but that's management as well ... Otherwise, everything is good. Update April 2025 - Amazing I'm donuts as always. Much better availability.

Who doesn't love an amazing donut? This place has been a favorite for a long time. "Hot and fresh" is melt in your mouth amazing! Sadly there was no hot and fresh this visit. I went through the drive thru as the inside was closed. It was about 5 cars in line which was decently fast getting through. The only complaint I really have is that it tasted like the oil is really old. It alters the flavor of the donut itself and kind of ruins it. They have several options now even mini donuts, donut holes, filled donuts, Maple bars, chocolate bars coffee and drinks. Absolutely love these donuts but I hope they change the oil soon.
