My favorite place to get breakfast! I always get the elevated tea and a muscle meal shake, and I usually get the same thing. I switch it up from time to time, and it let me to this. I got the new tea, called the Teana, which was created by the lovely Tina who works there. And for the shake I got a caramel mocha latte, because I love coffee. Can't go wrong with this establishment, especially if you love health and fitness, and want to keep the weight off.

This place is top notch, owned and operated by great people even though I only come in 1-2 times a month they always remember my order. Consistency is great! I don’t feel sick after I drink a big shake I can have a sensitive stomach at times and this is just a true test to the clean protein and ingredients they use! #50 29 grams of protein give it a try!

Definitely the best spot for a healthy protein shake or a enery drink! They also have kids sizes avaliable. Such a better alternative to Starbucks or other unhealthy shake places. The customer service is amazing! Don't be afraid to ask for help finding the right drink for you. 🔥👌

I got the summer crush refresher. I can’t wait to back to try the protein shakes, Your first order is $3 off and there is a loyalty program. They even do a fitness class on Saturdays, Lulu and Ryan are fitness coaches. So happy I found this gem in Menifee. Great vibes and calm energy, would be a great alternative to Starbucks as they have caffeinated drinks and a nice area to do work in.

Found this new nutrition spot in Menifee!!! It’s a great healthy alternative. Instead of having Starbucks Fraps filled with sugar and empty calories we finally have a better choice of variety of healthy drinks. From pre workout, green juices, fancy shakes, filled with nothing but goodness for your overall health! Just what we needed! There is a full variety of shakes & drinks freshly made. The shop is centrally located, super clean & modern. The owner and staff are very welcoming, and knowledgable. So happy we finally have healthier options in our city!!!!
