Krispy Kreme

I usually love a Krispy Kreme run with my girls, but our recent visit was completely soured by the staff. We came in for two dozen glazed and a specialty football doughnut, but we left feeling like we were an inconvenience just for being there. The employee helping us (with purple hair) was incredibly rude from the start. After ordering our glazed, my daughter pointed to the football doughnut she wanted. The employee ignored her, walked to the register, and started ringing us up. When I reminded her we still wanted the specialty doughnut, she snapped that they were out of it. I pointed to the football one clearly sitting in the case, and she argued that it was "in the wrong spot" and they were out of whatever was supposed to be there. Hard to admit I come here multiple times a week for their hot glazed. I’ve had their other donuts and they are good but is no one getting an hot glaze in these reviews? They are the best. My main reason for this reviews is the staff! Everyone is always so nice. I mean everyone- I have never been disappointed with my service since they reopened. Jessi in particular is amazing but the whole current staff morning and night is top notch truly.

Donut holes were hard as rocks and looked unappealing, order did not match what was ordered. Called to see if the store wanted to make things right before leaving this review. Was told I could bring them back and get a refund or new order, but they wouldn't do anything about it over the phone. Go back for the $50 order I just paid $13 to have delivered that THEY sent out stale and incorrect? Now for Snoopy, well I don't think my kid will love it but I laughed my butt off. Mistakes are made but you can actually try to find resolutions and provide customer service when you all messed up. Do better. I'll be desputing charges with Door Dash.

Arrived at 745 pm all doors were locked. Checked online it said it was open till 9. Workers inside just looked at us. Tried calling all automated. A worker came out to leave i asked what time they closes she said "the lobby is closed, but drive thru is open. Ended up getting donuts but something needs updated.

I placed an online order at around 7:45 am, and set it for pick up at 12:30pm. When I went to pick up my order, it was not ready, and they had no doughnuts. The general staff was kind and did their best to help the mistake. I requested for a refund because of the difference in price of what I ordered and what little they had. The cashier had to wait for the manager. I was frustrated at this point, but what really upset was the manager. They refused to come up and speak to me. I waited for awhile, and the other staff were great and checking in with me. As I waited, I became glad they didn't have my doughnuts, because I watched several flies go into the icing.
