Kraken Coffee Kihei Market

Kraken coffee has many locations in Maui - they are all food trucks. We went to the one in Kihei. We got the oat cappuccino and iced latte with chocolate walnut banana bread. The coffee was decent - initially it tasted over roasted but it mellowed down later. The bread was good with ample chocolate and walnut chunks. Good spot overall.

I tried the iced latte at Kraken Coffee and it was amazing! The perfect balance of strong espresso and smooth milk—refreshing, flavorful, and just what I needed. It’s got that bold kick without being too overpowering, and the cold factor makes it even more satisfying. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a well-made coffee. The only downside was that the barista didn’t seem very friendly, which slightly took away from the experience—but the coffee itself definitely made up for it. I’ll still be coming back for that taste!

If you like sweet drinks, this one’s for you! Tried the mochawao it’s definitely a good . Super rich, chocolatey, and smooth. Just a very sweet drink , even when I asked for it half sweet, it was still really sweet. If you’re not big on sugary drinks, I’d recommend either: • Asking for less than half sweet, or • Adding an extra shot of espresso to balance it out. But if you’ve got a sweet tooth or want something dessert-like, you’ll probably love it as is. Friendly service, fast turnaround, and the drink itself was well made.

Stopped in for a coffee both the Coco mocha and the Dirty Chai hit the spot. I got a triple shot in the mocha which cut the sweetness perfectly. The barista was kind to my two year old who ordered a milk.

Seth at Kraken Coffee makes our day—every time. Hendrix and I are always so grateful to be greeted by such a genuinely welcoming face. Big aloha energy. Seth sets the tone, and it shows. Kraken is hands-down the best coffee there is. Everyone should try Kraken!
